Perfect Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Perfect Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp of butter
1/4 c of Milk
*Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat pan to just over medium heat.
In a large mixing, whisk eggs, milk, and butter. Beat for approx. 2 minutes.
Pour in frying pan. Do not stir immediately, wait for the first hint of setting in. Start stirring eggs (we use this), and continue as the eggs set. Once eggs are no longer runny, flip eggs to other side and let it cook for approx. 15-25 seconds. Remove and serve. Salt and Pepper to taste.

We recently cooked scrambled eggs with a English muffin, cheese, and bacon. This made for a perfect breakfast sandwich!
