This recipe is delicious and really easy to follow. Make sure you fry the potatoes in small batches or some of the potatoes won't cook all the way. If you have leftovers make sure you store in a zip lock bag. The chips will be soft and soggy (Don't stress they are still good.) When ready to eat heat them in the microwave for 30 sec to 1 min. Let them stand for 30 seconds and they will be crispy again.

The first time we cooked potato chips it was so hard to slice the potatoes. I was more worried about slicing my finger off. Making potato chips is easy as pie now! I didn't find the exact gadget at B^3 but found something similar here.
