AB Egg Muffins

Making our own 'Egg Muffins' was our dish long before being married. We have even shared it with my (A's) family at Christmas two years ago. (They ate it right up!) We started out cooking this together. Bryan was in charge of the eggs and Canadian bacon. And I (A) was in charge of toasting the English muffins and making sure the cheese has melted on the English muffins. This took all about 10 min to do. Now Bryan does all the cooking for the Egg Muffins! So here's the recipe.
*Side note: We cook the eggs in this egg poacher pan.
Ingredients:
*Eggs (Can substitute with egg whites)
Cheese slices
English Muffins
*Canadian Bacon (Can substitute)

Directions:
1. In pan add water to the bottom of the silver notches. Bring water to a boil.
Fill water to bottom of notch.
* Step 1-3 follow if using this egg poacher pan
2. Once water is boiling turn heat down to medium.
3. Place *eggs in poacher and place in pan. Cover, let stand for 9 min.
4. Cook *Canadian Bacon while eggs are cooking.
5. Toast English muffins, place cheese slice on muffin once toasted.
6. Add *Canadian Bacon and eggs once cooked.

  1. These are definitely better than any type you get at a fast food restaurant. Not greasy at all, not over buttered, just right.

Plus, there are many healthy alternatives you can do at home, i.e. whole wheat buns, egg whites, turkey sausage, and many more combinations to make this a wholesome and healthy breakfast item!
